蜂蜜的浓度怎么测定?

 购买蜂蜜的时候,能看倒蜂蜜的包装上有蜂蜜浓度的标识。蜂蜜的浓度到底是如何测试出来的?蜂蜜浓度为生命会有高有低呢?



    衡量蜂蜜的浓度一般用波美计进行测定,也可用比重法进行计算或以糖量仪测定其糖分含量,从而测得含水量的高低和浓度高低(详见表1)

                        

    蜂蜜浓度的高低,决定于酿造时间的长短。时间越长水分越少,浓度越高,反之亦然。因此取蜜间隔时间越长,浓度越高而水分含量越低,取蜜间隔时间越短,产量虽高,但浓度低,含水量高,易发酵变质。
